We traveled here with a family of six (four small kids from toddler to 7 years old) and the house had plenty of room for our purposes. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, proximity to amenities (playground down the road, shopping outlets around the corner), and well-furnished rooms (plenty of dishware and cutlery for our short-term rental stay). Brad was a phenomenal host, super responsive and helpful whenever when we reached out with questions or concerns. A few utensils needed to be rewashed before use, and a couple of additional amenities would have made the stay feel more aligned with the price, but nothing that took away significantly from our experience.
