Phenomenal furnished rental property that met all of our needs and more. We traveled here with a family of six (four small kids from toddler to 7 years old) and the house had plenty of room for our purposes. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, proximity to amenities (playground down the road, shopping outlets around the corner), and well-furnished rooms (plenty of dishware and cutlery for our short-term rental stay). Brad was a phenomenal host, super responsive and helpful whenever when we reached out with questions or concerns. Highly recommend this property for anyone passing through the area that needs a month or longer short-term rental.
We had a comfortable stay overall and really appreciated how responsive and accommodating the host was, especially with our last-minute booking. The home is older and definitely has the charm of a lived-in, personal space rather than a modernized property. Because of that, the plumbing and water pressure were slower at times, which is something future guests should be aware of. The house itself is very spacious, with plenty of rooms and comfortable beds, and the kitchen is especially beautiful and functional. A few utensils needed to be rewashed before use, and a couple of additional amenities would have made the stay feel more aligned with the price, but nothing that took away significantly from our experience. The location was excellent - about 15 minutes from Fort Jackson - which made everything very convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the space and the host’s communication.
